By scheduling service with Load ‘n Dump, you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking a job.

1. Scope of Services

Load ‘n Dump agrees to provide junk removal services as outlined in the agreed-upon estimate, including the removal and disposal of unwanted items from the client’s specified location.

2. Service Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon service fees for junk removal. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in writing. Load ‘n Dump reserves the right to charge additional fees for extra services, overages, or unexpected circumstances beyond the original scope of work.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Load ‘n Dump reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, staffing shortages, or other unforeseen events. We will communicate any changes promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:
    •    Ensure access to the removal area.
    •    Clearly identify all items to be removed.
    •    Disclose any hazardous or restricted materials.
    •    Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or sensitive items.
    •    Obtain any necessary permits (if applicable).

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges, rescheduling, or refusal of service.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Load ‘n Dump shall not be held liable for damages to property that may occur during the removal process unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct. Clients acknowledge the risks involved in moving bulky, oversized, or embedded items and accept responsibility for potential minor damage (e.g., wall scuffs, floor scratches).

6. Hazardous Materials

Load ‘n Dump does not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to:
    •    Asbestos
    •    Paints or chemicals (except minor quantities when disclosed and pre-approved)
    •    Biohazardous waste
    •    Fuels or oils

Clients must disclose the nature of materials in advance. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service and a cancellation fee.

7. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Load ‘n Dump, its employees, subcontractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from services rendered—except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Disposal

Load ‘n Dump will dispose of items in compliance with local, state, and federal waste disposal regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their items are legally and safely eligible for disposal.

9. Termination of Services

Load ‘n Dump reserves the right to terminate services on-site if:
    •    The area is deemed hazardous.
    •    Unapproved or restricted materials are present.
    •    The client fails to adhere to these terms.

In such cases, service fees may still apply.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas (or applicable local jurisdiction where Load ‘n Dump operates).

11. Subcontractors

Load ‘n Dump may use third-party contractors or partner companies to fulfill all or part of the service. These subcontractors operate independently but are expected to adhere to Load ‘n Dump’s service standards and policies. Clients acknowledge and agree to this arrangement.

12. General Liability Waiver

By hiring Load ‘n Dump, clients release the company, its owners, staff, and contractors from any and all liability for accidental damages, injuries, or losses that occur during or as a result of the junk removal process. Clients accept the inherent risks and understand that junk removal can involve heavy lifting, tight spaces, and large equipment.

13. Amendments & Acceptance

Load ‘n Dump reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
